That guy/jerk/creep really got under my skin today. It was just one of those days where everything went wrong/south/belly-up. I tried to be patient/understanding/tolerant, but he just kept pushing/testing/prodding my buttons. You know that feeling when you're just about to snap/explode/lose it? Yeah, that was me.
Eventually/Finally/Ultimately, I just had to walk away/leave the room/get out of there. It wasn't worth arguing/confronting/dealing with him. Some people are just so insensitive/inconsiderate/rude. It really bugs me/gets on my nerves/drives me crazy.

That’s right “tough guy/gal”, I said it. You think you’re so "grandiose”, huh? Well, let me tell you something: I’ve heard it all before. You can “try to intimidate/bully/threaten” me all you want, but it's not going to work. So go on, “say what you mean/make your move/take a swing”. I'm waiting.
